FOCAL partners met for their first on-site consortium meeting on 22–23 April 2026 in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, kindly hosted by CSEM.

Building on the project kick-off in October 2025 and the extensive collaborative work carried out over the past seven months through numerous meetings, this in-person meeting marked an important milestone. It brought together partners from across Europe to review progress, align on next steps, and strengthen collaboration. Alongside technical and management discussions, the meeting focused on coordination across work packages and upcoming activities.
