The project general assembly happens at the University of Cyprus.
March 2026 - Foundational PQC Architecture
We define the cross layer PQC framework, explore reconfigurable hardware and crypto agility, develop hybrid key generation approaches, and establish edge computation and learning foundations.
Oct 2026 - Unified PQC Framework and Evaluation Readiness
We consolidate the E2E FOCAL architecture and establish a structured technical evaluation approach to ensure readiness for proof‑of‑concept validation.
Oct 2027 - Integrating PQC Systems Across HW, Physical, and Network Layers
We validate adaptable and crypto agile hardware designs, advance physical layer security mechanisms, and integrate PQC capabilities into end to end system pilots.
March 2028 - E2E PQC Networking and Transition Validation
We enable E2E PQC networking through programmable data planes, support cloud‑to‑edge orchestration of PQC functions, and define transition metrics aligned with operational validation.
Oct 2028 - Large‑Scale Validation and TRL 5 Readiness
We aim to execute large‑scale PQC proofs of concept and perform KPI‑based validation with cross‑domain benchmarking to demonstrate system maturity and readiness.
